Abstract

The University of Cincinnati (UC) and Procter and Gamble (P&G) founded Live Well Collaborative (LWC) in 2007 as a non-profit organization located in Cincinnati, Ohio. Currently, there is no useful and usable digital tool for them to manage the studio projects going on in each quarter. There are some web-based management systems that are widely used in the industry. However, these current systems are not designed for managing the projects that meet the typical users’ requirements at LWC. In this paper, a new management system is designed based on the Goal-Directed Design approach to improve the user experience and facilitate the activity and service at LWC. Due to the time constraint, usability testing is not in the scope. This paper only focuses on research and design phases.
